Nkuba serves as Head of Finance & Administration, providing strategic leadership for the Foundation's financial governance, administrative systems, institutional compliance, and organizational accountability. He supports the development of sound internal controls, responsible resource management, administrative policies and procedures, and risk management and compliance systems that strengthen IBGF's institutional sustainability and credibility. He works closely with the Foundation's leadership to ensure that financial and administrative operations align with good governance, transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources.
